A journalist and a researcher in social media and cultural studies. He has a Master’s degree in Media and Cultural studies from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. He is the general manager of the Social Foundation Spot Cast in Lebanon. He has many films, documentaries and short narratives that discuss issues of sustainable development, social life and religious freedoms in rural areas. 

He worked with many international organizations in the fields of social development, peacebuilding, access to information and social inclusion.

He has written many articles that discuss contemporary social, cultural and political transformations and media representations. He has recently published a research titled: “Western Neoliberal Narratives of Sexual Salvation: Emancipating Muslims from Their Oppressive Selves.”

He is also the producer and host of the “Haki Tabu” podcast that discusses politics, gender/sexuality and religion in a social context.
